SWAT Students at the Apple Store

5/15/2017

The Crowley ISD Apple Student Leadership Team visited the Apple Store in Fort Worth. The Students Who Advance Technology (SWAT) are a select group of 5th graders who are training to be student technology mentors on their campus. Students were able to participate the “Clap In” meeting with Apple employees before the store opened to the public. Pairs of students were partnered with an Apple Genius to shadow them, observe, and record customer interactions and the Apple service model. While there, students were able to greet and direct customers as well as help troubleshoot, building their service skills to enable them to assist peers and teachers on their campus with technology.
