Calling all classroom teachers!
You have a chance to be a part of Crowley ISDs biggest technology event.
The 2019 Tech Expo will be here before you know it and we need you!
What does it mean to participate?
First decide on your focus. How has technology made an impact in your classroom? Have your students created a digital project? Do you use QR Codes, Augmented Reality, 3D Modeling, blogging or other emerging technology in your classroom? Do your students use technology to collaborate with others outside of the school and classroom? How do you prepare your students for 21st century learning?
Then fill out the application online. Our goal is to demonstrate how CISD teachers and students use technology to learn and meet curriculum objectives. Each teacher will be given a table, visitors will stop by these “booths” as teachers and students demonstrate the technology that is featured. We would like this to be a hands-on experience. Our visitors should be able to “play” with the technology.
We would like our students to be the facilitators and instructors and are asking you to bring two to eight of your students with you to participate in the expo. You may send this letter home with the students you have selected. We know this will be an exciting time for you and your students to show off all they are learning.
